TranquilTech is run by Josh Wolf, a sole proprietor doing business as TranquilTech, in Nevada City, California. He is responsible for the information described on this page (the data controller).

Write to josh@tranquiltech.solutions with any privacy question or request, including a copy of what we hold about you or a request to delete it. A person answers.

tranquiltech.solutions has no accounts, no forms, no cookies and no analytics or tracking. Pages are served by Vercel, which handles each request to deliver the page.

Inner Workings

innerworkings.space keeps your answers in your own browser. There is no account, and it doesn't ask for your email.

Attuned Work Design: the free interview and report

To write your report, the parts of your answers it is written from are sent to Anthropic's model, which drafts it. We keep no copy after the report is built.

Job Genie

jobgenie.help asks for your email to join its waitlist, and uses it to tell you when your door opens.

NeuroSpicy Refugees

The community runs on Skool, under Skool's own terms and privacy policy. TranquilTech covers its costs but doesn't moderate it, and joining puts nobody on a sales list. Investors may hear how many members there are, never what anyone said.

Builds haven't opened yet. This is what we keep once you buy one, and for how long.

Your $199 build includes your first month live. After that, your site stays up on the $99 monthly service.

While your service runs, we keep what we need to build your site and look after it: the parts of your answers your site is built from, including the private notes written to you (like your runway, your hours and your limits); the record of your build; and your live site. We use your private notes to write your site and to keep them off it. They never appear on your site.

When your service ends, or if you're refunded, we remove your private notes straight away, from every copy we hold. Your site comes down, which frees your domain to point somewhere else. For 30 days after your service ends, you can download your site's content (the words on each page, your price, and the contact details your site shows), and you can buy the site itself if you'd like to run it somewhere else. Then we remove the record of your build. If a refund, a dispute or a purchase is still being settled, we keep what it needs until it is.

Your site's content is yours to take, free. The site itself, its code and design, isn't part of that download. If you buy it, it comes with a license to use, change and host it for your own business.

If a build is blocked and can't go live, we fix it or refund you in full.

Your forwarding email address is held by TranquilTech's form relay, which sends the requests from your site's contact form to you. The relay isn't running yet. Before builds open, this page will say how long it keeps your address and which email service it sends through.

If our team fixes your build, we keep a short record that it happened, with none of your content, for two years.

Our system logs record requests to our service by code and time, never your answers or your site's words. They're kept for 1 day.

Payment. Nothing is paid through this website. When buying opens, payments will be processed by Stripe, and this page will name it, with its terms, before it starts.

• Vercel runs our systems and hosts our sites and yours: privacy notice, data processing agreement.
• Upstash stores our records: privacy policy, data processing agreement.
• Anthropic provides the model that reads your answers while your report or site is written: how long it keeps data, data processing terms, whether it trains on data.
• The email service behind our form relay will be named here before builds open.
• Stripe will process payments once buying opens.

Each of these providers processes your data only on our instructions, under its data processing agreement.

Our processors' own copies. Removing your data from our systems doesn't reach copies our processors keep for a short time under their own terms. Anthropic deletes what it reads within 30 days, keeping it longer only where its usage policy or the law requires, and doesn't use it to train its models. If our database keeps a backup, it holds a copy for no more than 3 days.

When something on this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything that affects what we keep, or who processes it, is added here before it starts.
