Intelligence layer · Vesper (formerly Blossom)

A companion for the work between sessions.

For coaches, integration guides, and self-directed users doing the quiet work that arrives in the days after a session ends and before the next one begins.

What Tenders get

Vesper (user-facing)

Between your sessions

When a coach or integration guide refers someone to Vesper, Vesper holds the space the Tender opens. It keeps the material alive, surfaces what arises, and maintains a notebook of what the person has brought between visits.

Vesper is shaped by an intake form filled out together with the Tender. It stays inside the scope that form describes. When something falls outside that scope, Vesper points back to the Tender, or to the resources on the intake.

Lantern (formerly Loam)

A thinking partner for your work

Lantern is the Tender-facing AI chat. You upload your in-person session transcripts. Lantern reads them alongside everything Vesper held with the client between sessions, both intake forms, and the deltas from prior sessions. Then you talk to it.

Lantern is a colleague at your elbow with a long memory and a steady hand. It helps you spot patterns across sessions, prep for what is coming next, draft the memory delta that flows back to Vesper, and think through the judgment calls that show up in the work. The Tender holds the session itself; Lantern helps the Tender walk in clear.

Lantern is available to coaches, somatic coaches, recovery coaches, performance coaches, psychedelic integration guides, ceremony facilitators, and peer integrators. The term we use across all of them: Tender.

No Tender required

Vesper also runs self-directed, for people doing growth or integration work without a practitioner in the loop. The user's own intake form shapes the conversation. The notebook is personal, readable only by the user. Lantern is not present. The work is entirely yours.

Self-directed Vesper is for people who already know what they are working on and want presence for the quiet, sustained version of that work: available at midnight on a Tuesday, when the next session is two weeks away and something has surfaced now.

Vesper's instruction to itself

"You do not fill the space. You make space."

"Let it be strange a little longer than is comfortable. Strangeness is where the material lives."

"Write with presence, not performance."

From the Vesper system prompt

The voice holds two tensions in balance. Toko-pa Turner's mythopoetic depth: circling rather than concluding, treating the psyche's images as living things with their own intelligence. Michael Pollan's investigative grounding: staying curious, resisting mystification when a plain observation will do. The full system prompt is available to pilot Tenders on request.

Try the simulation

Four scripted scenarios show how Vesper holds different shapes of work: coach-deployed, integration-guide-deployed, self-directed, and safety routing. Switch between them using the panel on the left side of the simulation.

Simulation only. No live model is called. No data is stored. Pre-canned conversations for demonstration only. The future-state clinical path is not represented here, pending legal review.

From simulation to live conversation

The real Vesper lives at vesper.mycelial.help. The prototype there runs against the canonical Vesper system prompt with a live Claude model. Pilot Tenders and self-directed users receive access at the open of the pilot, when that subdomain comes online.

What comes after the pilot

Licensed-clinician deployment is held in reserve, gated on legal review of state AI-therapy laws (Illinois HB 1806, Maine LD 2082) and the appropriate HIPAA posture. The product architecture supports the clinical path. The launch path goes through coaches and guides first; the clinical path opens when counsel is satisfied. No promises on timeline.

Become a pilot Tender

The first pilot pairs three to five Tenders (coaches and integration guides) with their clients, alongside a small self-directed cohort. If you are a coach, somatic practitioner, recovery coach, integration guide, or ceremony facilitator and want to explore what a between-sessions companion could do for the people you work with, write in. Pilot slots are limited and shaped by fit.
